Park Day

We have been waiting for weather that is acceptable enough to send us out of the doors and into a park. It has been H.O.T. here, just like most places, I'm sure. Last week the weather was so beautiful. 90 degrees feels like a day at the beach compared to the 109 degree days we were experiencing. Of course, I think it's about 104 today, but the break gave us some hope. And football season is here, so surely cooler weather is just around the corner.

Anyway, the kids and I went hunting for a park and came across this (well-known to all but us out-of-towners) gem. The trees, water, and playground made us a happy clan.
